Internships
One very rewarding and unique aspect of MAGNET was our internships program, which offered trainees practical work experience and interactions with industry representatives. All MSc, PhD and postdoctoral trainees were required to hold at least one industrial internship, thus affording them a significant competitive advantage and the opportunity to develop and improve technical and professional skills. We carefully built long-term relationships and developed internships with our industry partners who included some of the top analytical, environmental and exploration companies in the world.
